Rates:
Prime Season: June 15 through Labor Day ..... $1600/wk.
Off Season: May-June 15th and Labor Day - Oct. 15th ..... $1300/wk.
Off Season Daily Rate: 3 night minimum at $225/night.
If staying 4,5,6 nights .... cost is $200/night.
Deposit Required. Full payment due 30 days before stay.
Long term rental may be available during the winter.

Check-In and Check-Out:
The home will be available by 3:00 p.m. on the first Saturday and you must leave the premises by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. There are no early check-ins. The door operates with a keyless entry touchpad. You will be given the code upon your arrival and check-in.
